Lawn decor, flags, patio furniture, grills, solar lights, personal items etc should be either moved inside or at least 10 Ft away from the house.
Vehicles should be moved from the driveway, out of the garage if the dump trailer blocks the access, & out of the attached garage or car port the night before or the day the job starts.
If possible, have the lawn mowed a day or two prior to installation. (This makes the clean-up process easier) It also helps up ensure we can run the rolling magnet to pick up the loose nails.
If you have a lawn irrigation system, please turn off the water sprinklers on the day(s) of construction zone.
The removal of shingles & loading of shingles may disrupt items hanging on your walls. We suggest homeowners to consider removing loosely hanging items or unstable pictures/valuable items on the interior walls.
Consider planning for pets to stay inside on the days of construction mode. When pets need to be let out during the day, it's important to communicate that so we can safely provide pets with a relief area.
Remind residents in the home to be extremely careful entering & exiting on your property. If you do need to enter/exit closed toed shoes are recommend.
Outside electrical access may be needed. Please make sure yours is in working condition or just let us know beforehand so we can make arrangements.
The noise inside the home will be loud during the installation process. This may be disruptive to those working form home or with small children, nap times, phone calls, & video chat will most likely be impacted.
If the forecast predicts a 30+% chance of rain, we will need to reschedule. We do our part to keep projects to the date, but please understand we cannot risk exposing your property to the elements.
